Harry Potter Event

The Morton Library and the Morton Park District are teaming up to host a magical Harry Potter event on October 18 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Morton Recreation Center. There will be quidditch, dueling, potion making, crafts and more! Eli's Coffee Shop will be selling butter beer at the concessions stand. Attendees are welcome to come in costume!

ARTichokes and Crafts

All ages are welcome to drop by for ARTichokes and Crafts at the Library on Tuesday, October 22 from 6-7 p.m. See what you can paint and stamp using vegetables! All supplies will be provided. 

Free Matinee

Enjoy a free matinee showing of the movie Yesterday on October 23 at 2 p.m. A man wakes up and discovers he's the only person in the world who remembers The Beatles. Using this to his advantage, Jack begins plagiarizing the work of the legendary band to launch his career. This movie is 120 minutes long and rated PG-13.


Behavioral Sciences Professor, Jen Keithley will present Enneagram for parents and grandparents on October 28 at 6:30 p.m. Learn about the enneagram and how it can impact the way you parent and grandparent.
