David K. Aaker IOM, internationally-recognized speaker, trainer and author on customer service will be the speaker in Morton on Tuesday, November 19 for a two-hour workshop entitled, “Customer Service: Inside & Out”. The event will be held at Freedom Hall, 349 W. Birchwood, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. and is sponsored by Morton Community Bank.

This lively and interactive two-hour seminar will inspire employees with tested methods to improve their organization’s customer service and stimulate company growth.

Aaker has been in non-profit training for over 36 years with clients, including local and state chambers of commerce, municipal and sovereign nation North American governments, state departments of tourism, and the United States Air Force.
