Harriet V. McClellan, 71, of Morton, passed away Friday, February 3, 2023, at her home.
She was born on August 30, 1951, in Bloomington, IL, to Roy and Margaret (Zelle) McClellan. They preceded in death. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Maggi Nuske.
Surviving is her daughter, Amy (Ryan) Jones of Morton and two grandchildren, Carter and Emerson.
Harriet was a registered nurse at Methodist Medical Center for 20 years, retiring in 2007.
She was PGG, PHQ of Job’s Daughters of Illinois.
Harriet was a member of Community United Church of Christ in Morton, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 8, 2023, with Pastor Chuck Maney officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7, at Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Morton. Further visitation will be held from 9-9:45 a.m., Wednesday, prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Hirstein Cemetery in Morton.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Runners’ Association.
