Pins and Needles

Washington District Library will host a needlework circle Thursday, March 12, at 2:30 p.m. in the Main Library.  Bring your knitting, crochet, cross stitch, quilting or any other needlework to this weekly group.  Socialize with other crafters and exchange tips and tricks!

Teen Midnight Society

Washington District Library will host The Midnight Society, Friday, March 13, at 5 p.m. in the Main Library.  Celebrate Friday the 13th with scary stories, a creepy movie and pizza!  This club meets every Friday the 13th.

Morning Movie

Washington District Library will host a morning movie Monday, March 16, at 10 a.m in the Sunnyland Branch Library.  They will be showing a 2019 PG rated film based on a popular British TV show.  Popcorn will be provided.

Bring Your Own Device

Washington District Library will host “Bring Your Own Device” Tuesday, March 17, at 10 a.m. in the Main Library.  Need help with that new (or older) e-reader, tablet or phone? Bring your device in and we will answer your questions!

Teen DIY - Button Making

Washington DIstrict Library will host Teen DIY, Tuesday, March 17, at 5 p.m. in the Sunnyland Branch Library.  Stop in for this hour-long drop-in event and design and make your own buttons!

Get Lit Book Club

Washington District Library will host a book club Wednesday, March 18, at 7 p.m. in The Library at McMahon’s.  Grab a bite and/or a drink and discuss our latest book pick.  Be sure to come to the January meeting to help decide what books they’ll be reading in the future!  This month, they will be discussing The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz.
