The Eureka Public Library, 202 S. Main, offers a monthly writer’s group for anyone interested in all forms of writing. The group meets the third Thursday each month. The next meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, at the library. Participants can share their ideas and writings in a positive, informal setting and receive feedback when requested. Free Craft Swap at Eureka Public Library
Have extra craft supplies in need of a good home or looking for some supplies for a winter project? Come to the Eureka Public Library’s free craft swap from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, February 22. Have fun mingling with fellow crafters and discover new treasures. Donations will be accepted February 17 – 21 or the morning of the swap. Donations should be clean and new or gently used. Any remaining supplies will be donated to the Eureka Et Cetera Shop. Children’s DIY Night
Children in first through sixth grades are invited to attend a special DIY Night in the children’s library at the Eureka Public Library on Thursday, February 20, from 6-7 p.m. Participants will make tortilla chips in honor of National Tortilla Chip Day (February 24).
